    What is a referral network?
    Linillo connects employers with people who personally know strong candidates. Instead of paying an agency to search cold, you take a Pilot or Platform subscription, pay a fee for each referral you receive — identified profiles are free — and pay a hire reward you set on the role, for which we recommend 3% of salary, when a vouched-for candidate is hired.
    How much does Linillo cost?
    Three moments. Posting roles is free. Pilot is a rolling monthly subscription from £299 a month and Platform is an annual licence. You then pay per referral received — nothing for an identified profile, £25 for a direct referral and £100 for a Verified referral where the candidate has confirmed the conversation — and a hire reward you set on each role, for which we recommend 3% of first-year salary, on a confirmed hire.
    Who can refer candidates?
    Anyone with a genuine professional relationship to the candidate. Referrers are paid per referral once the evidence they provided holds up, receive 90% of the hire reward when their referral is placed, and build a trust score from those outcomes over time.
